Privacy
Your information deserves a narrow purpose.
Agent Roth is designed to minimize the personal information it collects and explain what happens when you submit information through the site.
Information used for an estimate
The Roth calculator uses retirement-planning inputs such as state, household status, age, account balances, Social Security timing and estimate, income estimates, lifestyle-income need, contributions, and an illustrative growth assumption. The 529 calculator uses state, student age, college timing and cost assumptions, a coverage goal, education savings, contributions, and illustrative return and inflation assumptions. The retirement-income calculator uses state, ages, savings, contributions, desired and reliable income, a planning horizon, and return and inflation assumptions. The Rule of 72 calculator uses state, a starting amount, an assumed annual return, and a comparison horizon. The federal paycheck withholding calculator uses filing status, pay frequency, taxable wages, current Form W-4 entries, and optional year-to-date figures. Those withholding values remain in active browser memory and are not submitted to Agent Roth. Contact details are requested separately where a calculator provides a report-delivery or contact form.
Site measurement
Agent Roth uses Google Analytics measurement to understand page visits and funnel performance. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or detailed calculator answers to analytics tools.
The Agent Roth Brief
If you submit a newsletter form—or request an emailed calculator report after the form explains the enrollment—Agent Roth uses the first name, last name, and email address you provide to add you to The Agent Roth Brief. No separate checkbox is shown. Joining the Brief does not authorize automated calls or texts. A prior unsubscribe or delivery suppression is not reversed by a later report request, and every Brief issue includes an unsubscribe option.
Callback requests
If you ask an advisor to reach out from your results page, Agent Roth uses the name, phone, email, preferred weekday, preferred time of day, and report context you submit to fulfill that request. The selected window is a preference rather than a guaranteed appointment. This request does not enroll you in automated calls, texts, or marketing emails.
Report delivery and advisor contact
On a report-delivery screen, choosing the email-and-view option submits the visible contact fields and relevant calculator inputs to the configured lead and email-delivery services, sends an educational summary, enrolls the address in The Agent Roth Brief as disclosed on that screen, and then displays the full interactive report in the same browser. Detailed 529, retirement-income, and Rule of 72 inputs are used to create the requested email but are not placed into Roth-specific HubSpot lead fields. A separate skip control displays the browser report without submitting contact fields, sending email, or creating a Brief subscription. Callback-only forms remain requests for a person to respond and do not create marketing enrollment.
Email and lead service providers
HubSpot is used as the customer-relationship destination for submitted contact and lead records. Resend processes recipient information and requested report content to deliver transactional report summaries and manage The Agent Roth Brief subscription preferences. Agent Roth does not place Resend API credentials or personal report data in browser code or analytics events.
Data protection and retention
The production system is intended to encrypt contact information, restrict access by role, avoid personal information in analytics logs, and retain identifiable lead data only for legitimate operational and compliance purposes. Service providers may process information only to support the functions described here. Report-email delivery failures do not prevent the interactive browser report from opening.
Your choices
You may skip report contact fields, request access or deletion, unsubscribe from email, and ask that follow-up stop. These choices do not change the educational nature of the calculator.
